The 10th Regional Sale of Articles of Rural Artisans Society (SARAS) Fair 2025 was inaugurated at Super Market, adjacent to The Garden, Dimapur, on September 1. The fair, organized by the Nagaland State Rural Livelihoods Mission (NSRLM), will continue till September 10, with stalls remaining open daily from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Director of Rural Development, M Mongna Konyak, inaugurated the stalls as the special guest of the inaugural function. The event aims to showcase crafts and products by rural women under the initiative Saras Aajeevika.
Altogether, 43 Self Help Groups (SHGs) from Nagaland as well as Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim, and Manipur are participating in the fair, providing a platform for rural artisans and entrepreneurs to exhibit and sell their products.
