Acting on a complaint received at East Police Station for assaulting a street vendor and intentionally damaging the food cart of the victim with a four wheeler vehicle at Burma Camp Traffic Point, Dimapur on September 17,  Dimapur Police apprehended four persons today.

According to police, out of the four apprehended persons, two were arrested after establishing their involvement in committing the crime.

It was ascertained during the course of investigation that the incident occurred over a trivial matter at a food cart vendor shop at Burma Camp.

The vehicle used in the commission of crime has been seized and a case has been registered at Dimapur East Police Station and investigation is on.
