Viswemi FC and Unity FC Meriema have both won the matches played today at the ongoing 22nd NSF Martyr’s Memorial Trophy at IG Stadium.
Viswemi FC vs Grim FC
Viswemi FC stormed into the last 16th of the 22nd NSF MMT by defeating Grim FC 8-1.
Puzoto Vitsu of Viswemi FC added four goals at the 20th, 39th, 53th and 57th minute. Kelengol Toso scored another hat-trick at the 36th, 58th and 90th minute. Kelethuto Kin scored one goal at the 43rd minute.
The lone goal in favour of Grim FC was scored by Athingdang at the 76th minute.
The Man of the Match was awarded to Puzoto Vitsu of Viswemi FC. The award was handed over by Swetol Sothu, 22nd NSF MMT Tournament Patron.
Unity FC Meriema vs Peraciezie Youth Organisation
The second match witness a tongue biting match between Unity FC Meriema and Peraciezie Youth Organisation. The first goal in favour of Peraciezie was netted by Vilazolie which was equalised by Vikeduolie of Unity FC in 14 minutes.
In the second half, Vilazolie scored another goal at the 84th minute for Peraciezie only for Vikeduolie to score an equalizer three minutes later at the 87th minute.
The match went in favour of Unity FC 3-2 through a tie break after both teams failed to score the winning goal until the last minute.
The Man of the Match was awarded to Vilazolie Rio of Peraciezie Youth Organisation. The award was handed over by Khriezelhou Vitso, ASU Senior Leader.
