The first Semi Final of the 25th NSF Martyrs’ Memorial Trophy was held on October 15 at the Indira Gandhi Stadium Kohima.
In a closely contested match between Sechü Zubza Football Club and Chedema Village Youth Organisation (CVYO), the latter won the game with two goals. Benjamin of CVYO scored a goal at 90+2 minutes while T. Zemik (19) scored another goal at 100+9 minutes. Meanwhile, Lalminglu Vankal (51) representing Sechü Zubza Football Club scored a goal in the 10th minute.

The match was graced by Wangpang Konyak, MLA and Advisor for Social Welfare, Government of Nagaland, who served as the Match Patron.
T.Zemik of CVYO was adjudged the Player of the Match which was awarded by the Match Patron.
