The first quarter final match of the ongoing 25th NSF Martyrs’ Memorial trophy was held on October 10.

The match was played between Tangkhul Katamnao Saklong (TKS) and Chedema Village Youth Organisation (CVYO). CVYO emerged victorious with a 2-1 win, securing their place in the semi-final.

Rungsing Muinao (9) scored a goal for TKS at the 34th minute while Robinson (99) of CVYO scored a goal in the 11th minute and T. Zimik (19) scored another goal in 28 minute.

Benjamin (Jersey 14) of CVYO was named Player of the Match where the award was presented by Vizokho Zashümo, Tribunal member and former President of the Angami Students’ Union.

The Match Patron for the event was B. Henok Buchem (NCS), Deputy Commissioner, Kohima Government of Nagaland.
