In the match 22 of the ongoing 25th edition of the NSF Martyrs’ Memorial Trophy on Tuesday at Chümoukedima Football Stadium, Kuki United FC defeated Damokles FC Medziphema 5-1.
Kuki United displayed its dominance immediately with Lunaldo finding the net barely 10 minutes into the game. Damokles put up a tough fight but Kuki United’s Letgoulal doubled the score in the 51st minute. However, Legoulal’s celebration was short-lived as he conceded an own goal three minutes later.

Several moments later, Paonaldo Kuki put Kuki United’s score a notch higher by scoring in the 60th minute. Seivanglen Kuki sealed the deal with a brace in the 70th and 87th minutes.
Lunaldo won the Player of the Match award, which was presented by Imli Sunüp Ao, Proprietor G-Sports, Nagaland. Revenue Officer Chümoukedima, Thejavizo Nakhro was the match patron.
