Mao Students’ Union (MSU) and Nagaland United Spots Club (NUSC) secured their places in the quarter finals on October 8 at the ongoing 25th NSF Martyrs’ Memorial Trophy. The tournament is being held at Indira Gandhi Stadium Kohima.
In the 5th pre quarter-final match played between Mao Students’ Union and New Market FC, MSU scored three goals against NMFC which scored two goals.
W.John (7) of MSU was adjudged the player of the match. Match Patron Neikhozo Suokhrie, Chairman, Kohima Municipal Council presented the award.
