Nagaland United Sports Club (NUSC) defeated Mao Students’ Union (MSU) on October 13 in the third quarter final match at the ongoing 25^th NSF Martyrs’ Memorial Trophy. The tournament being held at the Indira Gandhi Stadium Kohima.

NUSC secured a 2-1 win against MSU where Sanathoi Metei (12) scored two goals in the 22^nd and 67^th minute. Meanwhile, Ngararsuing (9) scored the lone goal for MSU in the 72^nd minute.

The Match Patron, Neibalie Rio, Special Officer to Chief Minister Nagaland presented the Player of the Match award to Sanathoi Metei of NUSC.
