The 53rd Tingkum Mbau and 12 Triennial Conference 2023 organised by the Zeme Baptist Church Council (ZBCC) Youth Department with its motto ‘Youths are arrows of the church Psalm 127:4’ commenced today in Peren town.

The conference will be held from 14 to 16 January under the theme ‘Sap Ntip Lu’ (stand strong).

A total of 53 churches out of the 69 churches under the ZBCC are participating in the conference camp which is being hosted by Tesen Baptist Church, Peren Town.

So far, a total number of 1,100 delegates from the different churches, excluding the attendees from the host town, have attended the conference.

According to the organisers, the three-day camp will feature events such as the recitation of the ‘Lord’s Prayer’ competition, mobile movie competition on the topic ‘Clean Election’, and folk dance competition.
