Wokha emerged victorious by a narrow margin of 14 runs over Chumoukedim at the Nagaland Cricket Stadium in Chumoukedima in the ongoing 5th Late G Rio Men’s U19 Tournament on April 8, 2025.
After winning the toss, Wokha chose to bat but found themselves in trouble early on as they were bowled out for just 78 runs in 21 overs. Despite the challenging conditions, Wokha managed to post a competitive total thanks to a resilient 18-run knock by Shahil Uddin Laskar.
However, the highlight of the match came from Wokha’s bowlers, who delivered a commanding performance, led by Krishna Kumar.
