78 BN CRPF conducts civic action program at Kigwema village

As part of its Civic Action Program (CAP), the 78 Bn, CRPF, Zubza procured a Desktop Computer, Digital printer and UPS with the aim to develop human resources through computer training to the youth of Kigwema village. The request of the Kigwema Students Union to provide computers and digital printers for computer training and education to the youth and students of the village was met by 78 Bn through its CAP, stated a joint press release issued by the 78 Bn, CRPF, Zubza and Kigwema Students’ Union.

The Computer and digital printer were handed over to Kigwema village by Sh R.V. Philip, Second-In-Command, 78 Bn, CRPF,  in the presence of Sh.J. P. Singh, Dy.Comdt, Officers and men of 78 Bn, the Chairman Kigwema village, the President of  Students union and members, village council members and the students and youth of Kigwema in a Civic Action Programme organized at the Panchayat Hall Kigwema on December 14.

Mezhüvi Thorie, Kigwema Students Union President said that the Computer set with Digital Printer will be very useful for the education and research of students at all levels, and this is a milestone for the students fo Kigwema.  The village chairman, Balie Kere, also expressed gratitude to the 78 Bn. CRPF for extending a helping hand to the village Kigwema.
