78 Bn CRPF contributes water storage tanks, desktop computer and printer to Kacharigaon village

Taking into account the acute water shortage and the problems being faced by the villagers of Kacharigaon (Phevima) to store water, the 78 Bn CRPF, Zubza procured water storage tanks (500 Ltr) under its Civic Action Program (CAP) for the said villagers to tide over the water crisis. Apart from that, the Battalion also procured Desk top computer with Multi-functional colour printer for the village council intended to be utilized for human resource development of the village youth through computer training, mentioned a press release issued by the 78 Bn CRPF and the village council.

The items were formally handed over to the village council Chairman and the villagers by W. R. Josuah, Commandant-78 Bn CRPF in the presence of Suresh. N, A/C, Personnel of B Coy, 78 Bn, CRPF, Village Council Members and the villagers of Kacharigaon on January 16 in the village council hall.
