The 7th Kohima District Open Shooting Competition 2024 has been postponed due to the election Model Code of Conduct for the Lok Sabha elections, the Kohima District Shooting Association has informed.
Visasielie Suhu, President, KDSA has announced that the Competition has now been rescheduled to be conducted on 4th May 2024.
The following events are included in this year’s edition
- 10m Air Rifle peep sight, men and women (senior and junior)
- 10m Pistol – men and women.
- 10m Air Rifle open sight (open to all)
Further, KDSA has informed the shooters who are selected in the competition will represent Kohima District team during the forthcoming Inter District Shooting Championship 2024 which will be held in the month of June at Aries Rifle and Pistol Shooting Academy, Bamunpukhuri, Dimapur.
