The Nagaland Rural Development Engineering Association (NRDEA) conducted its 4th Annual General Meeting cum Picnic at Roben Picnic Resort, Amaluma Road, Dhansiripar on February 21.
AE. Er Maongkaba, of Dhansirpar, delivered an insightful address focusing on collaboration, documentation, regularization, and coordination with Block Development Officers (BDOs). He also stressed the significance of mutual support and professional integrity in enhancing the engineering sector in Nagaland.
President NRDEA, Er Aheto Sema, highlighted the association’s accomplishments over the past year and reaffirmed its commitment to excellence and shared visions for the future. The members discussed on key initiatives, promoting collaboration and strengthening of community ties.
JE Er Moatemsu, representing the Mokokchung Rural Development Engineering Association, urged members to maintain cordial relationships with BDOs to ensure that their expertise is recognized and respected. He called for unity and respect as essential elements in achieving common goals.

The Kohima Rural Development Engineering Association performed a song “Trust and Obey”. Reports were presented by General Secretary NRDEA JE Er Lipokakum Pongen and SO Er Bovika. JE Er K Kihoto Achumi delivered the invocation and the vote of thanks was pronounced by Vice President NRDEA, S.O Er Imsumeren Aier.
