A meaningful and impactful Parents–Teachers Meeting was successfully conducted on March 27 at MGM College, witnessing active participation from parents, faculty members, and the administration. The programme reflected the institution’s commitment to fostering strong collaboration between the college and parents for the holistic development of students.
The programme commenced with a warm welcome address by Dr RK Behera, Principal, who emphasized the vital role of parents in shaping the academic journey and character of students.
He highlighted the importance of continuous dialogue and mutual cooperation to ensure excellence in education. The meeting was further enriched by insightful speeches from Lisathung Ovung, Dean of Students, Fr Giju George, Administrator, and Thungbeni, President of the PTA. Each speaker stressed the need for discipline, regular attendance, and value-based education, while also appreciating the support and involvement of parents in the institution’s progress.

The programme concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks delivered by Temjen Longkumer, PTA Convenor, who expressed gratitude to all participants for their presence, cooperation, and constructive contributions.
