MGM College Dimapur organized an interactive leadership development session with the faculty and staff members, which was addressed by Regional Director, Peak Point Leadership, Hyderabad, Sabastian Samuel.

During the session, Samuel shared valuable insights on the importance of effective leadership in academic and professional environments. Drawing from his extensive experience in leadership training and organizational development, he emphasized the need for vision, integrity, commitment, teamwork, effective communication, and continuous personal growth in order to become impactful leaders.

The interactive programme provided participants with practical strategies to enhance their leadership capabilities, improve professional effectiveness, and cultivate a positive work culture.

Through engaging discussions, real-life examples, and thought-provoking activities, the resource person encouraged faculty and staff members to embrace challenges, develop a growth mindset, and lead by example.

Addressing the gathering, Samuel highlighted that true leadership is not determined by position or authority but by influence, character, and the ability to inspire others towards a common goal.

He urged educators to become transformational leaders who can positively shape the lives of students and contribute meaningfully to society.
