The District Water and Sanitation Mission (DWSM) meeting was held at the DC’s Office Chamber Meluri on June 17.

Deputy Commissioner Meluri, Phuleshe K. Yepthomi chaired the meeting and discussed the implementation of DWSM programmes and strategies for effective sanitation, waste management, and water supply initiatives in the district.

During the DWSM meeting, the DC urged all concerned departments to extend full cooperation in sanitation and waste management initiatives. He emphasized the importance of active participation and coordination among departments in all related activities for the welfare of the general public and the overall development of Meluri District.

SDO PHED, Meluri, Rangam Nyuwi, elaborated on the various schemes and projects being implemented by the Government under Meluri District. He highlighted the progress, objectives, and importance of these initiatives in improving public services and promoting the overall development of the district.
