BJP Nagaland holds State Organisational Workshop at Dimapur

Bharatiya Janata Party, Nagaland successfully organised its State Organisational Workshop on July 2 at the Town Hall, Dimapur, bringing together party leaders and functionaries from across the State to strengthen the organisation and enhance coordination at every level.

The workshop was graced by Ex-MP, Chairman of Ethnic Committee Lok Sabha and National Secretary BJP, Vinod Sonkar as the guest speaker. Addressing the gathering, he emphasised that the progress of Nagaland depends on strong organisation, dedicated leadership, and active public participation. He highlighted the developmental initiatives being undertaken under the leadership of Prime Minister  and encouraged party workers to strengthen the organisation at the grassroots so that the benefits of development reach every section of society towards building a prosperous, self-reliant, and developed Nagaland.

In his introductory remarks, State President, Benjamin Yepthomi welcomed the participants and urged party workers to remain united, committed, and proactive in strengthening the organisation while serving the people with sincerity and dedication.

The programme was chaired by Arvind Damani, National Executive Member, BJYM. The invocation was offered by Rev Kevihulie Pienyu, Pastor, Nagamese AG Church, while the welcome address was delivered by Khevishe Achumi, State Vice President. A traditional Sumi Xülhe performance by Vivi Yepthomi and her group added cultural vibrancy to the programme, followed by a rendition of Vande Mataram by Rajen Debnath.

The workshop comprised three training sessions focusing on organisational development, effective party functioning, and strengthening grassroots engagement.

The workshop was attended by MLA and Advisor to the Government of Nagaland, Konngam Konyak, NSMDC Chairman, Kuputo Shohe, Bio-Resources Chairman, Wanphong Konyak, all District Presidents and General Secretaries, Presidents and General Secretaries of all 60 Mandals/Assembly Constituencies, State Morcha Presidents and General Secretaries, State Office Bearers, members of the Media and IT Cells, former Ministers and MLAs, former election candidates, and councillors, reflecting the party’s collective commitment to organisational growth and unity.
