A four-member delegation from Nagaland representing four Primary Agricultural Cooperative Credit Societies (PACS) attended the 5th Foundation Day of the Ministry of Cooperation, Government of India, held on July 6 at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi. The programme was graced by Union Home and Cooperation Minister, Amit Shah and other host of Dignitaries.

The delegation comprised one representative each from Mokokchung and Chümoukedima districts and two representatives from Kohima district.

The programme highlighted the Government of India’s vision of strengthening the cooperative movement and promoting inclusive rural development through the cooperative sector.
