Phek Government College in collaboration with Nagaland Fire and Emergency Services, Phek organised an orientation programme and Fire safety demonstration in Phek Government College on July 17 along with Disaster Management Committee, Convenor Ronald Difoe, Assistant Professor along with IQAC coordinator Dr. Levinu Sakhrie and Assistant Professor Victor Vero.

The orientation was presented by Tsuchutu Joe ASI, Phek and followed by a fire safety demonstration by team members. A hands-on training was also given to students of B.A and  B.SC 1st semester on fire safety measures and challenges faced during fire emergencies.

The program objective was to sensitize the students, faculty members and in general to create awareness among the student community.
