The Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Kohima, has informed all Heads of Departments (HoDs) to collect invitation cards and car passes for the Independence Day Celebration 2026 from the Establishment Branch of the Deputy Commissioner’s Office, Kohima.

According to a press release issued by the Deputy Commissioner Kohima, B. Henok Buchem, NCS, the invitation cards and car passes would be available for collection from August 13, 2026, during office hours.

In a separate order, the Deputy Commissioner has directed all Heads of Offices under Kohima District and Gaon Buras under Kohima Sadar (Urban and Rural) to compulsorily attend the Independence Day celebration on August 15, 2026, at the Nagaland Civil Secretariat Plaza, Kohima.
