In view of the upcoming Independence Day celebration 2026, a mass social work was conducted across Pungro Town following the directives issued by the Office of the Additional Deputy Commissioner Pungro on August 12.

Administration, Government employees along with the general public took part in the mass social work making Pungro town greener and cleaner. All shops remain close during the mass social work.
