The Viphoma Village Youth & Sports Organization (VVYSO) has prohibited fishing, hunting and collection of flora and fauna by outsiders within the jurisdiction of Viphoma village.
In a notice, the Organization stated that any outsiders found engaging in fishing, hunting or collecting flora and fauna in the village jurisdiction would be subjected to a fine of Rs 10,000 per person/ammunition.

The Organization warned that the restriction would be strictly enforced and directed all concerned to comply with the notice.
