The monthly Coordination Meeting was conducted on September 30 in the DB’s Court, Office of the Additional Deputy Commissioner, Chiephobozou.

Chairing the meeting, Vekusheyi Rhakho, Additional Deputy Commissioner & Sub-Divisional Census Officer, Chiephobozou welcomed the Members and said that the main Agenda of the Co-ordination meeting was to discussed and deliberate on the preparation of District Census Hand Book (DCHB) which is a part of the ongoing census 2027. He informed that during the preparation of the DCHB, the appointed Field Functionaries will be required to obtain relevant data and information related to various departments.

He also informed the house that the relevant information pertaining to their respective department as provided in the Information and Data are to be provided separately for respective villages and town. Stressing on the importance of Census Hand Book, he urged the Field Functionaries to make the entries based on facts and figures as it would be used in future planning.

The meeting was attended by the Head of Offices Chiephobozou; All the Appointed Field Functionaries of Chiephobozou Urban; Chiephobozou Rural; Botsa Charge institutions and Town Councillors. The meeting also reviewed the instruction manual for Village Directory and the village Functionaries also interacted and clarified their doubts from ADC Chiephobozou; Assistant Director, Census Office Kohima, Chuyalo Kath and Viketoulie Metha NCS, EAC Chiephobozou; T Tsikingmong Senior and Executive Kuraktsang K Junior Executive from Census Office Kohima.
