The competition will be held under the theme “One Nation, One Election” and aims to provide young people with a platform to express their views, demonstrate leadership abilities, develop public-speaking skills and participate in meaningful discussions on issues of national importance.

Selected participants will progress from the district level to the state and national levels. Finalists will have the opportunity to speak at the historic Central Hall of Samvidhan Sadan, formerly Parliament House, in New Delhi, representing the voices, aspirations and ideas of India’s youth.

The National Round is scheduled for January 9 and 10, 2027, followed by the Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue on January 11 and 12 in New Delhi.
