ADC Chümoukedima Dr Kuzonyi Wideo officially launched a poster campaign under SVEEP activities on 11 January at DC’s Conference Hall, Chümoukedima.

Wideo said the motive behind the poster campaign is to sensitise the public on issues relating to voter awareness and electoral process for ensuring clean elections.

According to a DIPR report, the poster campaign, with the posters written in both English and Nagamese, will cover all the villages under Chümoukedima district, besides Chümoukedima town.

During the launch programme, the president of the Chümoukedima District Auto Union, the president of the Hindu Society Chümoukedima, the president of the Muslim Committee Chümoukedima and the president of the Chümoukedima Chamber of Commerce were also present.

Posters were handed over to be pasted at prominent places and autorickshaws.
