As Nagaland Tribune turns one today, 15th October 2023, I am filled with heartfelt appreciation for each member of the team, past and present. As we celebrate our first anniversary, I reflect on the Trust that that exists within the organization. As an online news portal, Nagaland Tribune is open to remote working and making the most of the technology at hand. The downside of which is that most of us are yet to meet each other in person.
That is why today I am most grateful to all members for bravely (and blindly) believing in Nagaland Tribune with pure and open minds. The Dedication, the Respect, the Responsibility, the Readiness to Learn and foremostly, the Trust displayed by each individual is something very rare in this day and amazing to witness.

Besides Trust, what I deeply believe has carried Nagaland Tribune these past 365 days are ‘Passion’ and ‘Patience’ from all involved and my prayer for the next 365 days are for even more passion and more patience not only for the members of the team but for our readers too.
Our dear readers, we humbly thank you all.
We are grateful to every single person who reads our news, gives us invaluable feedbacks, points out our mistakes and shares information with us. You are what matters most to Nagaland Tribune. Each time we see your presence, we feel loved and cared for. Each morning we wake up with sense of responsibility to deliver the news to you.
The first one year has not been easy (of course) and we accept that each year will present its own challenges. But Nagaland Tribune intends to be a part of your lives and we will put in our best to be worthy of taking some minutes of your day, every day. We just pray that you will allow us in and help us stay.
On this occasion, we convey our acknowledgement to the past employees. We appreciate your efforts and contributions and consider you very much part of the family.
Happy Birthday to Nagaland Tribune and Congratulations to us all. Cheers!
