The Naga Students’ Federation (NSF) has demanded that the Nagaland Government to help students appearing examinations by ensuring uninterrupted electricity supply during the exam period.
The Federation’s President Medovi Rhi and General Secretary Chumben Khuvung stated in a press release highlighted that electricity is vital for students during exam time and asserted that its regular supply can have significant impact in their ability to study and perform well in exams.

NSF expressed that regular power outages and load shedding add pressure on students and urged the State Government to ensure undisturbed power supply which it said “will not only alleviate the stress and anxiety faced by students but also contribute to their academic success”.
NSF added that such positive action from the government will send a message that it “values education and is committed to providing a conducive environment for learning.”
