The National Socialist Council of Nagalim (NSCN) has condoled the death of its members in a press release issued on December 17. It expresses sympathies over the loss of the following members who passed away recently: Sakka, Razou Peyu of Maram Thangal CAA, GPRN who died on December 14 due to illness; Ino Yehovi Chophi, Tatar of UT-1, GPRN, Assistant Chaplain of UT-1 who passed away on December 16 due to illness and Ino Wangpa Phom, Razou Peyu of Phom Region, GPRN who passed away after an illness on December 17.

“NSCN/GPRN is deeply indebted for their dedicated services and their spirit of sacrifices for the cause of Naga political issue. Certainly, their names would be recorded in the pages of Naga history,” stated the press release. It further expressed heartfelt condolences to their families and close friends. “It is our prayers that God give them the strength and comfort to bear the loss. May God rest their spirit in eternal peace,” added the NSCN/GPRN.
