ANHTU Peren unit celebrates Hindi Diwas at Tening

Peren: Hindi Diwas or National Hindi Day is celebrated every year on 14 September to mark the adaptation of Hindi as the official language by the Constituent Assembly

Hindi Diwas was celebrated at Tening Village Council Hall.

All Nagaland Hindi Teachers Union Peren unit celebrated Hindi Diwas 2022 at Tening Village Council Hall on 14 September 2022.

Hindi Diwas or National Hindi Day is celebrated every year on 14 September to mark the adaptation of Hindi as the official language by the Constituent Assembly on 14 September 1949. The first Prime Minister of the country, Jawaharlal Nehru, decided to celebrate Hindi Diwas on this day.

Vice President of Nagaland Zeliang People Organization (NZPO), Kinkeriulung was the special guest on the occasion. In his speech, Kinkeriulung spoke of the importance of the Hindi language and how the language holds together the country. He encouraged the students to maintain the spirit of patriotism and solidarity through the language.
