The Vikshit Bharat Sankalp Yatra for Thonoknyu Sub-Division was held at Sanglao village public ground, Thonoknyu sub-division, Noklak on January 16, reported the DIPR.

During the programme, the gathering took the Sankalp (Pledge) and a recorded message of the Prime Minister of India was played to the gathering. Beneficiaries also shared their Meri Kahani Meri Zubani experiences.

Other highlights of the programme included folk song/dance presentation by NSRLM Thonoknyu, felicitation of women achievers by NSRLM Thonoknyu.

The welcome address was presented by VCC Sanglao and vote of thanks was delivered by VDB Secretary. A One Stop Camp was also set up. The programme was chaired by BDO & Nodal Officer, Hongtan.
