The Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra for Thonoknyu Sub-Division, Noklak district was held at Pang Public Ground on 20th January 2024, DIPR has informed.

Obed Block Program Manager (BPM), Nagaland State Rural Livelihood Mission (NSRLM) and Day Nodal Officer chaired the program while the welcome address was delivered by Village Council Chaiman Pang K Huamo.

Recorded message of the Prime Minister was displayed and the Sankalp pledge was taken by all the participants. Further, ‘Meri Kahani Meri Zubani’ was shared by the successful beneficiaries from all the departments. NSRLM Thonoknyu presented folk song and fold dance.

Also at the program, women achievers were felicitated by NSRLM Thonoknyu. Vote of thanks was proposed by Village Development Board Secretary M Thangpong. Camps were set up by various departments.
