The Governor of Nagaland today announced the change of two village names under Phek district. The name of the following 2 (two) villages under Phek district of Nagaland will be changed with immediate effect. Ketsapo under Phek district has been changed to Kutsapo while Kotisu has been approved for change to Kutisu.

According to DIPR, the change in nomenclature of the two villages has been issued with the approval of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India vide their letter No. 11/22/2023-M&G dated 17th November 2023.
