The Indian women’s team including four Naga athletes and a coach secured two gold medals at the 5th South Asian Sepaktakraw Championships held in Kathmandu. Announcing the news on February 3, the Nagaland Olympic Association posted in social media platform X, “Nagaland shines as the Indian women’s team clinches 2 Gold Medals at the South Asian Sepaktakraw Championships in Kathmandu. Congratulations to Nagaland’s stars: Ms. Sezovelu Dozo, Ms. Seyiekhrienuo Tepa, Ms. Rukuvinu Tsukru, Ms. Menenu Tsukru, and Coach Mr. Holshe Khrieo. Your achievements not only make India proud but also illuminate Nagaland on the international stage.”
