The National Integration Tour (NIT) launched by Assam Rifles for the Elders of border villages under its Civic Action Program reached its final day with an interaction with Inspector General Assam Rifles (IGAR N), Kohima on February 16.

According to a press release by the AR, the visit proved to provide a platform  to build understanding and strengthen the bonds between the Elders and security forces.

The National Integration Tour under the Civic Action Program of Assam Rifles journeyed from border villages of Noklak to Jorhat, Agra, Delhi and back wherein 20 Elders received the opportunity to travel.
