The Home Guards, Civil Defense & SDRF Baptist Church at Central Training Institute, Dimapur, held its Annual Uniform Sunday Service on February 18. The service was organized keeping in tune with the Nagaland Police Baptist Churches Association (NPBCA) annual program and was attended by all the department officers and staff of Dimapur District and Central Training Institute (CTI).

Speaking on the occasion,  Medozhalie Pienyu Deputy Commandant General (DCG) called upon the congregation to use the blessing of the New Year to re-examine their lives and to remain faithful to God. Exhorting the department staff to work as true Christians, the DCG underscored the need for all to glorify the name of God through their work.

The program was chaired by Chief Instructor Ngongvai E. phom and Pastor Asemba Longchar pronounced the prayer for the Uniformed Staff of the Department. Special numbers were presented by the staff of Dimapur District  and CTI. Earlier, JA Maongkaba invoked God’s blessings for the program while SI Viboto read the scripture and women leader Khrienuo shared the spiritual message.
