The Press Information Bureau (PIB) has launched a microsite https://pib.gov.in/elect2024/index.aspx comprising of several features as a one stop facilitation portal for mediapersons reporting the General Election 2024.
A report by PIB informed that the portal has the following characteristics.
- Digital Flip Book: This encompasses various interesting analytics and data rich features. The media persons can utilize this information for writing their articles.
- Useful links are provided through which the journalists can navigate to relevant parts of ECI website.
- Various infographics are provided as a reference and easy to grasp data.
- Schedules for different phases of GE 2024 are provided as ready reckoner.
