The Kohima Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI) has informed the general public that shops in Kohima will be allowed to open on 29th April 2024 (Monday) to enable the public to re-stock their provisions.
“The relaxation on the said date may be taken only as a window period i.e. (One Day)”, KCCI clarified and stated that “further updates on the resumption of the CNCCI indefinite shutter down will be notified to the public by K.C.C.I.”
The Confederation of Nagaland Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CNCCI) called for an indefinite shutter down from Saturday onwards in solidarity with the Dimapur Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DCCI) who are demanding protection of Nagaland Government against unabated taxation, extortion, summons and intimidation by Naga Political Groups.
