MGM College, Dimapur organised a farewell ceremony in honour of its outgoing students on 27th April 2024 in the College Auditorium.

The first session commenced with a scripture reading and invocation by David, Assistant Professor in the Department of History and EU senior advisor. The principal’s message was delivered by the Vice-Principal, Dr. R.K. Behera. Addressing the graduating batch, he commended the students for their dedication, perseverance, and academic excellence throughout their tenure. He emphasized that as they embark on this new chapter of their lives, they should remember the lessons learned within these walls and carry them as guiding lights. The Principal reminded the outgoing students that this is merely the beginning of a new adventure filled with infinite possibilities.

The session also featured heartfelt farewell speeches from both outgoing and current students, taking everyone on a nostalgic journey.

The next session highlighted various aspects of the program, with junior students captivating the crowd through colorful presentations of songs, dances, and games. The session also included a surprise dance performance by the teaching faculty, much to the students’ delight.

With teary eyes and hopeful hearts, the graduating batch expressed gratitude to the institution and pledged to uphold its legacy as they ventured into the world as proud alumni of MGM College. The program concluded with a photo session and a farewell luncheon.
