The All Nagaland College Students’ Union (ANCSU) has extended its warm regards and best wishes to all students who will be sitting for the Under-Graduate (even semester) Examinations which begin on Tuesday. The examinations are inclusive of Choice Based Credit System (CBCS), Four Year Under Graduate Programmes (FYUGP) and Old Course in the disciplines of BA/B.SC/B.COM/BBA/BCA and will go on till 25th May 2024.
In a press release, ANCSU President Tenyesinlo Bukh and Education Secretary Tokuho Jakhalu encouraged students to approach the examinations “not merely as a means to pass but as an invaluable opportunity for holistic learning and personal growth.”
Affirming its commitment to the welfare and interests of the student community, ANCSU extended its “unwavering support to all students and encourage them to approach these examinations with diligence, determination, and a thirst for knowledge.”
The Union also urged the Nagaland Power Department to ensure uninterrupted electricity supply throughout the examination period. “Access to consistent electricity is crucial to facilitate a conducive environment for students to focus and perform optimally during their examinations, minimizing any potential disruptions or inconveniences,” it stated.
Further, ANCSU appealed the general public to refrain from creating unnecessary disturbances during this critical period but to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for the students noting that that any disruptions could adversely affect the smooth conduct of examinations and, consequently, the academic progress of the students.
