The relatives of one Liang Khiamniungan, a Person with Disabilities, are looking for him after the young man in his mid-twenties went missing on 10th June 2024 from Tuensang.

It has been informed that Liang Khiamniungan is the Lt. Ngon of Noklak Village and an orphan. He was born and raised in Tuensang.

Liang is said to have been last seen at an eatery at Lalmati, between Kohima and Dimapur, wearing a red jacket and a navy blue cap.

Liang is 5.7ft tall.
