Former Minister N Zhetovi Sema was finally laid to rest at his native village, Nitoi. During a funeral service held today, leaders from various civil society organizations, church leaders, and people from all walks of life gathered to pay their final respects to this remarkable leader.

The funeral service was attended by representatives from ENPO, Eastern Sumi Hoho, USLP, Yimkhuing Tribal Council, Eastern Nagaland Women organization, Eastern Sumi Kukami Hoho, Sitimi Area’s GB’s Union, Kiphire District GB’s association, Kiphire district pension association, Kiphire town sumi community, USBLA, SBAK, Nito mount, Akhta Yingpithongru, Kiphire District.

On July 10, the news of  N. Zhetovi Sema’s passing sent waves of sadness across Kiphire district, Eastern Nagaland, and the entire state of Nagaland.

The former minister’s life was a testament to his unwavering dedication, integrity, love, and selflessness.  He was a man who had given his all for the betterment of society, sacrificing everything for the people of the land.

His legacy will continue to inspire generations to come. The 93-year-old statesman’s life was a shining example of devotion, love, and service to humanity.
