Kohima to hold National Conference on Cybercrime, Digital Forensics & Intelligence 2024 from 25-26 July

Kohima: Sessions to provide platform for in-depth discussions and knowledge exchange to enhance national security and combat cybercrimes

The National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology (NIELIT), Kohima, informed that the National Conference on Cybercrime, Digital Forensics & Intelligence (NCCDFI) 2024 will be held at the Capital Convention Center in Kohima, Nagaland from 25-26 July 2024, DIPR has informed.

Organized under the aegis of the Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India, in collaboration with the Nagaland Police and the Department of Information Technology & Communication, Government of Nagaland, and supported by the United Service Institution of India, this conference aims to address pressing issues in cyber security and digital forensics.

Leaders from organizations such as the Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY), Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, Indian Army, Indian Navy, Indian Air Force, Microsoft, The United Service Institution of India, Information Sharing and Analysis Center (ISAC), Deloitte India, PwC India, TCS, North Eastern Police Academy, Tripura State Forensics Science Laboratory, Central Forensic Science Laboratory Assam, Keystone Education Group, Punjab Police, State Forensic Science Laboratory Himachal Pradesh, Adrey Consultancy, and XIM University will participate in the conference.

The conference will cover a wide range of topics including Cyber Security, Digital Crime, Cyber Law, Mobile Forensics, Financial Fraud Investigation, Digital Evidence, National Security, and Emerging Technologies in Cyber Security & Forensics. These sessions will provide a platform for in-depth discussions and knowledge exchange to enhance national security and combat cybercrimes.

There will be an exhibition held concurrently with the conference, where leading digital forensic and cybersecurity solution providers will showcase their innovative products and solutions. Participants include Cellebrite, Magnet Forensics, MSAB, MH Service, 4N6 Care Technologies, Tata Advanced Systems, D-town Robotics, Nextechno Gen Pvt. Ltd., Pi-labs, Power Forensics Digital Intelligence, and Stellar Information Technology Pvt. Ltd., whose contributions will significantly enhance the conference.
