The Entrepreneurship Development Centre (EDC) Innovation Challenge took place at Kiphire Government Higher Secondary School (GHSS) on 24-25 July 2024. This two-day event, organized by YouthNet and supported by Startup Nagaland and the Department of Industries, aimed to cultivate innovation and an entrepreneurial spirit among students.

The event offered a mix of educational and practical experiences, starting with a formal training program on Day 1 which equipped students with essential skills and knowledge to succeed in entrepreneurship.

On Day 2, participants presented their innovative ideas in a pitching session, receiving constructive feedback and competing for cash prizes.

The EDC Innovation Challenge seeks to inspire and empower the next generation of entrepreneurs in Nagaland, encouraging them to develop creative solutions and business ideas.

Providing a platform for students to showcase their innovative thinking, the event aims to foster a culture of entrepreneurship and innovation in the region.
