In view of the ongoing ‘Chakka Bandh’ called by All Commercial Vehicle Owners Association and also the damage of National Highway-202 between Longkhim and Mangakhi under Tuensang district affecting the supply of fuel to Noklak district, the Deputy Commissioner Noklak has issued the following instructions for compliance by all concerned:

(1) Fuel shall be issued to vehicle as under-

(a) Two wheelers — maximum 5 litres

(b) Light vehicles — maximum 15 litres.

(c) Heavy vehicles— maximum 25 litres per vehicle

(2) No fuel shall be issued in Jerry cans container or any other forms other than in the fuel tank of the vehicle.

The order comes into force with immediate effect and will remain in place till further notice.
