The inauguration of Ambulance service for the people of Nsong circle and Kebai Areas was held at Deputy Commissioner’s office complex new district head quarter, Peren on August 16, informed DIPR.

DC Peren, Hiazu Meru gracing the Ambulance Inaugural function as the Chief Guest stated that the Pro Rural programme will be beneficial for the rural people where there are inadequate facilities. D.C in his speech has requested the Doctors and Nurses to give their field visit report to the DC’s office after their visits so that the district board meeting will discuss and give follow up support to the pro rural activities.

The Chief Medical Officer (CMO), Peren, Dr. K.Limatula Ao also highlighted on how the Nsong area  people  were suffering. CMO said that the department will give their extending support to the Pro Rural programme in accessing of healthcare facilities for their social economic development.

The Chairman Nsong Village, Hairangum Pame also expressed his gratitude to the Department of Health & Family Welfare for their initiative and reaching healthcare system to the unreached places like Nsong area. Pastor Kunamyi ZBC Jalukie proposed the ambulance dedication prayer.
