The Additional Deputy Commissioner, Peren, Japhet Woch has notified that in view of the alarming of rate dog bites in Peren Town, an Anti- Rabies Vaccination drive will be organised by Peren Town Council in collaboration with the Veterinary Department.

On 21st August 2024, the drive will take place at Peukwaram, Keletzai, Nsetning, Ndining, and Duiring wards and on 22nd August 2024 at Mdipuiram, Bana, Beilikui and Nkozai wards

In this regard, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Peren informed and directed all dog owners in the town to leash their dogs for easy and safe administration of vaccine.
