To streamline and enhance the registration process for Government Servants, the Finance Department has informed all the government employees of important updates regarding the Chief Minister’s Universal Life Insurance Scheme (CMLIS) registration.
- The timeline for self-registration for Chief Minister’s Health Insurance Scheme (CMHIS) Beneficiaries is extended till 15th September.
- Government employees can now register using their Personnel Information Management System (PIMS) Code. To facilitate a more efficient and accurate registration process, new registration procedure has been added for the faster verification of Government Servants.
- To streamline bulk registration of Government Employees, a file is enclosed with this letter, listing the Government Servants from your respective District who have been added as default Breadwinner Beneficiaries for the scheme. This file includes a checkbox next to each name, allowing the respective Controlling Officer at District Level to mark those individuals with (√) mark for those who wish to proceed with the default option for themselves and family as per CMHIS Card’s Family Data
- For those, who wish to modify their details including family details or mobile number associated with their PIMS ID, please mark the necessary column.
- The filled template in hard copy signed by Controlling Officer shall be submitted to the Nodal Officers at District Administration Headquarters for uploading through the Swavalambam Connect Kendras (SCK).
- The last date for submission of filled up forms by the Controlling officers is 10th Sept. 2024.
- For the purpose of CMLIS, those employees not having a mobile number associated with their PIMS Code may get it done through SCK for CMLIS.
