Sensitization program on Substance Abuse and Addiction under Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan was conducted at Government Higher Secondary School, Phek on 24th September 2024. The programme was held under the theme “Application of the NDPS Act 1985”

District Sessions Judge & Chairman, District Legal Services Authority, Phek, Neiko Akami, NJS was the resource person of the programme. The resource person spoke about indulgence or abuse of drugs by the citizens and the law of land that takes actions. He reminded the students’ community of GHSS, Phek to be aware of the Law of Land through which different categories of punishment are being face by the offenders.

EAC Phek, Kum Nengpichong Singsit, NCS in his short speech encouraged and urged upon the students’ community to have aim in life and work harder towards achieving their goals.

The program was chaired by Shesato Hoshi, Vocaty Trainer GHSSW, Phek while the welcome address was delivered by Limadangit Jamir, Principal GHSS, Phek.
