The Nagaland Board of School Education has notified all registered schools under NBSE that the PARAKH, NCERT, New Delhi have fixed 4th December 2024 to conduct National Achievement Survey (NAS) 2024 for Class-3, 6 and 9 across the country. The state of Nagaland along with the rest of the states in the country is preparing to conduct this survey on the scheduled date. The list of sample schools for this NAS 2024 shall be notified later after it is finalised by the PARAKH, NCERT, New Delhi.

Specifically, PARKH Rashtriya Sarveksham 2024 aims to assess competencies at the end of the foundational, preparatory, middle and secondary stages in the following subjects:

As such, school should instruct the concerned subject teachers of the above mentioned subjects to develop basic concepts and application based questions during classroom teaching so that the students are prepared for NAS 2024.

In this regard, all Heads of Institutions have been requested to prepare their students of Class-3, 6 and 9 to take this survey. Further, schools have been asked to note the date for the survey and not to fix any programme or activities on 3rd and 4th December 2024.
